20.  D is the correct answer.  Vasculitis typically presents as a deep red, pink, or purple lesions on the extremities.  They are usually scattered such as in the picture.  Cellulitis tends to be together and solid.  Folliculitis has a more pustular appearance.  Contact dermatitis typically does not have a deep red appearance.
